A Disney Halloween Treat!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Here we are at Disney. Our good friend, James, is moving back to Colorado on Monday, so we're heading back to Disney tomorrow. It's going to be a busy day... Disney, then the Halloween party, and possible the West Hollywood Halloween Party. I'm gonna be bushed!
These villains were evil! They kept trying to push me out of the picture!

Disney's California Adventure was even dressed up for Halloween.... mmm... candy corn

Here we are outside one of my favorite rides, The Haunted Mansion. Although, during the holidays its the Nightmare Before Christmas ride. The change most of the ride as well. It's really cool.

Here I am again outside the Haunted Mansion. As you can see, I've been trying to lose weight for my costume.

This scarecrow was really cool! Had to get a picture of it.
This is one of my favorite pics. Minnie Mouse is my new favorite Disney character. She's so sassy! She even kissed me on the cheek!

Here we are in Frontierland with the Dia De Los Muertos mariachi band. I'll probably have more pics from Disney soon. But my next post will probably be after the party tomorrow night.

A sampling of my decorations...

Everyone who knows me, knows that I start decorating for Halloween in June or July. These are some pics I took several weeks ago. I've done quite a bit since then, but I'll post those in a couple of days.

This is Archimedes, he's watching over the living room on a perch above the window.

My carved wood stag head with a murder of crows gathered on his antlers. And, who can forgot my Halloween tree?! Later, I'll post some pics when it's lit up... very magical! I've decorated it with Halloween ornaments.

Another shot of stag head and H tree.

How many deer heads does it take to scare a Democrat?

A short break from my Halloween postings to share this sick story.

The Great Pumpkin Snatch!

So, we went to the pumpkin patch in Mission Hill over the weekend, and had to take advantage of this photo op. That's me, boiling in the cauldron while James throws jazz hands... I mean casts spells!

It was cookin' hot that day, so we all raced through patch and picked out our punkins! Everyone else chose orange. I wanted to be different so I picked a white one.

Here we are with Max, the fattest pumpkin in the patch. For some reason, Tyler wants to eat it.

And, finally, here we are lost in the cornfield maze. Yeah, the attendant sent us in the exit with a map, and didn't tell us we were going in the exit, so we spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out why the map was wrong. It was in the 90's that day.

All Yesterday's Parties

In honor of my favorite day of the year, I've decided to post some pics from a past Halloween party I threw. I think this was 3 years ago...
Here is my costume from a couple of years ago... I was a scarecrow...obviously!

Here I am (minus the mask) with Tyler (Clockwork Orange) and Heather (the head of Marie Antoinette)

James and Michael... looking regal, yet spooky!

Janice Dickinson also made an appearance, and LOVED the kitty litter cake that Tyler made!

Tyler, looking dreamy as Alex DeLarge from "A Clockwork Orange"

Here's the Savannah crew lookin' good! Tyler, Leslie (as Cyndi Lauper...I helped make the skirt), John...er...I mean, Janice Dickinson, Heather, Me, and Michael

Heather, Leslie, and Clarissa (on the far right) and some girls I don't know.

Close your curtains and lock your doors!

Because we're invading your computer! Welcome to my blog!
